This hotel deserves a negative rating. Stay at one of the other hotels nearby! 1. I booked through Expedia. It was a Sunday through Saturday for my daughter to work in OKC that week. I made a mistake and booked the wrong week. I called and asked them to switch weeks. Long story short, the hotel refused a refund request because they said I CANCELED the reservation even though I just wanted it changed. Expedia and I both explained and they still refused and charged me for 2 weeks. So if you make a bad choice and choose to stay here, they treat ANY change as a cancelation so they don't have to refund even if you buy the travel insurance. 2. They say they service the room every 3 days. My daughter was there 6 days and not once had her room serviced. Not even for fresh towels. She told me she never even heard or saw cleaning staff so she's not sure when they actually clean rooms. 3. They charge a $50 "incidental" fee they ask you to pay in cash. My daughter paid it and when she checked out, they gave her $8 back after checking the room. My daughter asked why and the lady showed her a pic of a towel that had some makeup on it. $42 for a towel they'll wash and the reuse? I called the GM Monday and he said it was because they charge you $6.99 A DAY if you book through a 3rd party. My daughter ended up having to go back another week and I found a Choice hotel that has a kitchenette for less. BE WARNED!

Great amenities!!! The main part of the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room needs updating and was a little too small. Would stay there again.

Hot tub was not hot very little bubbles and I kind of booked it for the hot tub other than that ok, The check in there was a young man I think we interrupted him or something but it’s OK for a night
